Life Groups

At Abundant Life Church, we believe that intentional relationships are the key to sustained spiritual growth. That’s why life groups are such an important part of our church strategy. In a life group, people study God’s Word together and discuss the issues and challenges of life. We also pray together, care about each other, and are missed if we don’t show up for church.

Practically speaking there will never be a way for the staff or elders to personally minister to everyone who attends our church. That’s why we place a priority on life groups. It’s how we minister effectively at Abundant Life Church. Contact us if you would like to check out one of our life groups.

Fresh-Start-TVFresh Start

Fresh Start groups are designed to help people connect and transition! If you’re new to our church, this is an easy, low-commitment way to meet people and learn more about what we believe and have to offer at Abundant Life Church. Groups meet four times on Sundays from 3-5 p.m. If you are interested in attending a Fresh Start Group, please contact Dave or Jean Bambenek.

Real Steel - Men’s Ministry

Our men strengthen their relationships with God and other men through fun events and small group studies. Our annual Okontoe retreat is always a highlight, with outdoor gaming, great food, and tons of fun. For more information, contact Steve.

Women’s Ministry

Special activities for women at Abundant Life include small group studies, large events during spring and Christmas season, and retreats. Our iCraft Night and Girls Night Out events are a monthly time of getting together for relationship-building and fun. Contact Cristy for more information. We also join with Bridging the Gap for their state-wide events.

Legacy: Connecting those who are 50+

Sharing a meal, attending a concert or event together, sharing in a Bible Study, or just hanging out are ways this group connects together. There is an affinity in sharing similar interests and Christian fellowship with a group of friends. If you're 50+, consider checking out what this group has to offer. Catalyst Groups

Sometimes connection is easier when there is interrelated interest at the heart of the group. Our catalyst groups are designed to connect those who work in similar fields, are entrepreneurs, or otherwise have associated pursuits.
